Meet Sarah, Our Founder!

With a passion for empathy and a keen understanding of consumer needs, I lead CollabLab Consulting with the goal of facilitating positive change within organizations. My commitment to human-centered design ensures that the solutions we propose are grounded in a deep understanding of both customer and team perspectives.
Early in my career I found myself asking a lot of questions. I am a genuinely curious person, but I also wanted to have a deep understanding of anything that I did – the why, the what, the how. What I learned is that ‘the who’ was often overlooked - who are we doing this for and why does it matter for them. CollabLab is all about understanding both sides of an experience – the people who are receiving the service or product, and those who are providing or creating it. It is only when both sides are considered, understood, and involved when collaboration and transformation can be accomplished.
